We are proud to partner with Way Finders on The Clover, a transformative redevelopment at the former Big Y site into a vibrant, four-story residential community. This project reflects a shared commitment to reinvesting in underutilized properties and creating housing that strengthens neighborhoods and supports long-term community needs.

60 thoughtfully designed apartment units, with resident-focused amenities located on the first floor all designed to promote convenience, accessibility, and a sense of connection for residents.

Structurally, the building is primarily wood framed, with selective steel framing at the first floor to support the upper residential levels. The exterior design combines durability with modern appeal, featuring a TPO roof system, veneer stone accents, cementitious and vinyl siding, high-performance fiberglass windows, and aluminum storefront elements.
