We’re excited to announce that construction is officially underway on the Baskin West Main Residents project in Chicopee, MA! Working in close partnership with developer Brisa Builders and visionary architect Paul A. Castrucci Architects, Western Builders is proud to help bring this transformative housing development to life.

Our early and ongoing collaboration with the City of Chicopee building department has laid the groundwork for a smooth launch, ensuring the project meets all regulatory requirements. Financed with support from DHCD, this ambitious effort includes the construction of a striking 8-story, 117,614-square-foot building featuring 105 residential apartment units.

The building’s design pairs a durable steel-framed structure with face brick and EIFS siding, offering long-lasting performance with modern, refined aesthetics. As construction progresses, we’re energized by the opportunity to deliver high-quality, much-needed housing—and to contribute meaningfully to the continued revitalization of the Chicopee community.
