Western Builders is proud to serve as the General Contractor for the 775 Worthington Street Development in Springfield, MA—an essential expansion of Clinical & Support Options’ Friends of the Homeless (FOH) campus. Located in the city’s Metro Center, this four-story, 23,974-square-foot facility will provide critical shelter and supportive housing to individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.
The new building will feature 40 shelter beds on the first floor and 36 permanent supportive housing studio apartments across floors two through four. Designed by Jones Whitsett Architects, the building is thoughtfully planned to foster safety, dignity, and long-term stability for its residents.
This project underscores Western Builders’ commitment to delivering high-quality, community-focused housing that changes lives. Upon completion in late summer 2026, 775 Worthington Street will stand as a beacon of hope and stability in the heart of Springfield.
