Stonebrook Village at Windsor Locks

Stonebrook Village is a senior living community located in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. It was the first of three active-adult/assisted-living projects that Western Builders has constructed for Everbrook Senior Living.
Completed in only 13 months, and opening its doors in October 2016, Stonebrook Village offers 112 spacious residential units including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options, all including either kitchenettes or full kitchens. Of the 112 apartments, 36 are independent living, 54 are assisted living, and 22 memory care. The community features many amenities for its residents to enjoy that were worked into the design and construction of the project. Some of these include a movie theater, multiple dining facilities, hair salon, fitness center, pub, and more.
The impeccable quality of the four-story wood-framed structure demonstrated Western Builders’ craftsmanship and experience level to the developer, subsequently resulting in two additional projects of similar scale: Colebrook Village in Hebron, Connecticut which opened in June 2018; and Elmbrook Village in Bozrah, Connecticut which opened in September 2019.
In addition, the project’s negotiated contract contained a shared savings clause which returned nearly $500K to the owner.
