Elmbrook Village

Elmbrook Village is a premier senior living community tucked in the quaint, near-the-seashore town of Bozrah, Connecticut. It was one of three senior living projects that Western Builders has constructed for Everbrook Senior Living.
Opening its doors in September 2019, Elmbrook Village offers 114 spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed residential units including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options, all including either kitchenettes or full kitchens. The community also features many amenities for its residents to enjoy that were worked into the design and construction of the project, including a movie theater, dining hall, hair salon, fitness center, game room, pub, and more.
Western Builders also lead the construction of Everbrook Senior Living’s Stonebrook Village in Windsor Locks, CT, which opened in October 2016, and Colebrook Village in Hebron, CT, which opened in June 2018.
