Colebrook Village

Nestled in central Connecticut is the charming and historic Town of Hebron. As a cornerstone of Hebron’s Village Green Master Plan, Hebron Senior Living and Optimus Senior Living partnered to create Colebrook Village, a community for area seniors who remain independent but are interested in enhancing their lifestyles, others in need of personal care assistance, and a specialized neighborhood for seniors with memory loss.
As the builders for the project, Western Builders constructed the sprawling 110,365 sf facility featuring 113 spacious residential units. The senior-living community also provides a wide array of common areas, full-service commercial kitchen, numerous dining facilities, beauty salon, fitness center, and pub with games and billiards for the residents. Built on 6.77 acres, site preparation required significant blasting and close coordination with engineers and local authorities in order to extend utilities down John Horton Boulevard to the facility. The entire project went very smoothly and was a great success.
With a third project already under contract, Colebrook Village was Western’ Builders’ second project partnering with Optimus Senior Living.
